Finder (Quiz) Component
One of the key features of Rep is the ability to direct customers to the perfect product for them, according to their personal needs, characteristics, and preferences, just like a human salesperson would do. This can be done by adding Finder (Quiz) Components to your flows.
The finder works in a quiz format - the customer is asked a few questions and then provided with the best results according to the given answers.
Click on your Finder (Quiz) Component to see on the left all the options it offers you, and let's understand them together:
Greeting
You can greet your customers before diving in and asking them your questions. Just so you know – the content you'll add in this block will be the greeting. That's not mandatory - feel free to leave it blank.
Questions
The Questions added to your Finder (Quiz) Component are the questions your customers will be asked by Rep as part of the quiz. Enable the Questions managed by AI feature to allow Rep to ask what it finds fit based on its sophisticated analysis.
Alternatively, choose the specific Question Rep will ask by clicking Add Question.
Once you do that, a list of your Questions will open up, and you can choose those you're interested in.
Rep will create the Questions and answers automatically; however, you can always design the Questions and answers themselves from scratch by clicking on Dialogue > Filters.
Please note that the Questions will be according to their order inside the Finder (Quiz) Component. You can drag them and change the order by hovering over them, clicking on the 4 dots on the left, and moving them.
Result prompt
The Result prompt is the test Rep will use to present the end result, i.e., before presenting the products it found for your customer. By default, the text will be "Here is what I found based on your choices:" - you can change it or leave it as it is.
After add-to-cart
When Rep shows the customer the final results, the customer can either click on "Learn More"/the product's image and get redirected to the specific Product Page, or, add the product straight away to the cart in the chat.
By default, when customers choose to add the product to the cart using Rep, Rep will ask "Is there anything else I can help you with?" and offer the following chips:
If you'd like something else to happen after a successful add-to-cart, click on "Continue to flow" and choose the flow that will be invoked.
Limit to groups
Use this tab to choose the scope of your finder. You can set it to any of the following options:
- Include products from the collection viewed by the customer while completing the quiz. To do this, pick the "The collection viewed" option.
- Include any product you have on Shopify. To do this, choose the "No limitation" option.
- Include products that are part of pre-defined Product Groups. For this option, there are two possible sub-categories:
- Pick "Any" to set your finder to show products that are in any of the selected Product Groups.
This means that if a product belongs to one selected Product Group, but does not belong to the other one, it would still be in the scope of your finder. - Pick "All" to set your finder to show products only products that belong to All of the selected Product Groups.
- This means that if a product belongs to one selected Product Group but does not belong to the other one, it would not be in the scope of your finder.
- Pick "Any" to set your finder to show products that are in any of the selected Product Groups.
Click on the "Products that appear in" field to browse through the options and choose your preferred one:
