Subscribe Component
With the Subscribe Component, you can collect marketing leads. You can integrate with one of our marketing partners (Klaviyo, Attentive, or Postscript) to send those collected contacts across, or just download the contacts in a CSV format directly from the Rep console.
Let's understand the different fields you see on the left when clicking on your Subscribe component:
Opt-in
This option allows you to ask the customer first if they want to subscribe before asking for their contact details. That's only optional.
Cases
Once you invite your customers to subscribe to your lists, three possible scenarios can occur:
- The customer will provide their required contact details - covered by the "When the customer agrees:" case;
- The customer will decide not to subscribe by clicking on the "Cancel" button they have in the chat - covered by the "When the customer cancels:" case;
- Rep will recognize the customer as an existing subscriber - covered by the "When the customer was already subscribed:" case.
You can decide what will happen in each of these scenarios by clicking on the "Continue to flow" bar under each of the cases' titles.
Fields
Allows you to choose which contact details your customers must provide to subscribe.
Settings
Click on the "+" icon to see all your marketing lists on Klaviyo and/or Attentive and/or Post Script. Choose the one you'd like your customers to subscribe to when subscribing through Rep.
Legal Disclosure
Fill in this content block if you'd like to present a legal disclosure when users are about to subscribe. This is not mandatory.
